Arthritis Pain Relief

Posted by herbmaster on Mar 9, 2010 in Uncategorized

Because arthritis is so widespread now, it gets plenty of attention from each one of us – from the average person to the health pro.  Some experts believe that arthritis was first introduced by a strain of pathogen some two centuries ago.  But then, other professionals have found conclusive proof of arthritis in traditional Egyptian mummies.  But whether it’s two centuries or four millennia, arthritis does appear to be age-implicated.  We are clearly more predisposed to have it the older we get.  And we have so come to regard arthritis as a deteriorative disease.

But that should in no way mean that arthritis is inevitable. ‘But why should we have to take natural hormone creams and supplements?’ my clients often ask. ‘Our ancestors failed to take them, and arthritis wasn’t just about as abundant in times past.’ The simple fact is, almost all of our ancestors didn’t live to the ripe, old, healthy ages we do nowadays.  They died younger and were worn out earlier – while we {are going|go} on {golfing|playing golf|going golfing} and tennis into our 70s and beyond.  We live longer now, and need to enjoy ourselves more.  So why suffer – pointlessly – the painful joints and low energy of arthritis?

Sure arthritis is a fact, but we needn’t resign ourselves to it.  By being smart we are able to stay healthy.  From my clientele and personal experience I have learned four easy paths to find arthritis pain relief :

One.  Soothex : it’s a base of olive oil that’s’s incorporating anti inflammatory herbs.  Rub Soothex topically wherever you have agony and it takes the pain away, reduces swelling, and immediately introduces healing oxygen to the joints and tissues.  Soothex has no complications and you can use it as frequently as you wish.

Two.  Oil of Oregano : This herbal healer works on the same principles as Soothex, but more softly.  But it also is a completely natural antibiotic, and is antiviral and antifungal, and gives a great boost to the immune reaction.  With such intense healing properties, both Soothex and Oil of Oregano are a far cry from commercial products that frequently offer mere numbing and heating effects.

Three.  Natural progesterone creams – These creams – such as Prosperin for women and Prosperon for men – naturally balance the hormones whose imbalance is the origin of so many pressures and bad sensations that will plague us in our middle age and senior years.

Four.  A natural sensible diet with lots of veggies and not too much animal protein.  This will promote arthritis treatments the natural way.  And if you like red meats then go organic – you will be cutting out a lot of synthetic animal hormones that will play havoc with your health and contentment.

Did you read arthritis pain relief and soft drinks?  And did you wonder, as i did : Could this possibly be true?

The answer, it turns out, is both maybe.  If you have got a bad case of arthritis and don’t improve your diet and lifestyle, a six-| 6 pack of alcohol-free drinks might give you some relief from arthritis – but just momentarily.  This can happen as the phosphate in the soda can melt some of the calcium deposits in your joints, which are the source of your arthritis pain and swelling.  Indeed, what we call’arthritis’ is really an internal infection and soreness.

But if you then take up drinking soft drinks as a regimen to keep your arthritis in check, it’ll dissolve the calcium in your bones and put you on the inside track to osteoporosis.  A losing proposition.  Some counsel trying a 6 pack over the course of a few hours, to determine if your pain is reduced.  If you try this, after please stop with the alcohol-free drinks and take up with healthy, natural foods.  This way the vitamins and minerals in your food will be well absorbed, and won’t form deposits that congest your joints with the blockage and pain we call arthritis.  For improved intestinal assimilation of nutriments you must also drink kefir and / or take acidophilus.

Sure – arthritis is a degenerative disease, but it can be cured or dramatically reduced if you’ve got the data, persistence, and willingness to change your lifestyle.  I have never quite understood why many people appear not willing to give up our suffering.  It seems some just aren’t ready for it yet.  Are you?

Let Soothex jump start the hope that arises when pain really decreases, movement comes easily again, and your energy starts to flow.  If you follow through with a natural diet, you can definitely enjoy your long life more.  What else could we wish for?

Deep Penetrating Light Therapy ? A Closer Look at This Up-And-Coming Therapy and Industry?

Posted by herbmaster on Mar 9, 2010 in Uncategorized

I recently began investigating a new (to me) tool for both pain relief and beauty. This is not in my realm of expertise, but I am learning more about it.

I first heard about this therapy via a customer of mine who asked if I carried a particular device. In the process of my research I learned a lot of interesting things.

One is that the FDA apparently has no problems whatsoever with this type of therapy. In fact, I know of one device that is actually FDA cleared for pain relief. This was a bit shocking and surprising. It must be a very good sign if it could make it made it beyond the watchful scrutiny of the FDA!

When I talked to the manufacturer’s representative for this device, she told me that they are expecting to be cleared for beauty purposes as well. One of the health benefits to deep penetrating light therapy is that it may boost collagen and elastin production. If true, it is plausible to think that such therapy could be capable of making skin look younger and more beautiful.

This could be very good news for women everywhere. In the case of pain relief, it could be good news for both men and women!

Here are some of the other alleged benefits from deep penetrating light therapy:

Stimulate the production of collagen. Collagen is the most common protein found in the body. Collagen is the essential protein used to repair damaged tissue and to replace old tissue. It is the substance that holds cells together and has a high degree of elasticity.

Stimulate fibroblastic activity – Which aids in the repair process. Fibroblasts are present in connective tissue and are capable of forming collagen fibers.

Increase vascularity (circulation). Circulation is increased by increasing the formation of new capillaries, which are additional blood vessels that replace damaged ones. New capillaries speed up the healing process by carrying more oxygen as well as more nutrients needed for and they can also carry more waste products away.

Stimulate the release of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). ATP is the major carrier of energy to all cells. A T P provides the chemical energy that drives the chemical reaction of the cell. It is the body’s fuel!

Increase lymphatic system activity. Edema, which is the swelling or natural splinting process of the body, has two basic components. The first is a liquid part, which can be evacuated by the blood system, and the second is comprised of the proteins, which have to be evacuated by the lymphatic system. Research has shown that the lymph vessel diameter and the flow of the lymph system can be doubled with the use of light therapy.

Increase RNA and DNA synthesis. This helps damaged cells to be replaced more promptly. Reduce the excitability of nervous tissue.
