If you’ve been trying & failing to lose weight, maybe you are beginning to think you can’t lose weight, simple as that.

I can re-assure you though that you can lose weight. Almost everyone can lose weight given the right system. Maybe you haven’t found yours yet?

I once believed I couldn’t lose weight but then I was given an almighty wake up call by mother nature.

I was carrying around 15 pounds too much for most of my adult life when I got type two diabetes at twenty seven. Talk about a shock.

I haven’t a clue how it all works but getting it made me realise my life now depends on being serious about losing some excess fat.

I’m a systems man at heart. Whatever I do if I can boil it down to a system, I will. Weight loss is no different.

A system is like a recipe, follow it properly and get the same end result. The end result here for you is a body you’ve craved for a long while now.

Systems are used successfully in all walks of life. In fact the modern world is built on systems. So why not borrow these ideas to lose weight?

I’m a bit shy to admit just how much money I’ve wasted on crap diet products and gotten absolutely nowhere with them. Maybe by copying what I do you can save a lot of money and cut right to success.

After a lot of trial and error I found a system that works for me. One that allows me to plan my whole day beforehand and then I just follow the rules.

I can use a computer generated meal planner that I know will allow me to eat decent food and best of all, decent size portions. No hassle and no hunger.

You wouldn’t believe (or maybe you would) the stress it used to cause me just trying to work out what I could safely eat. Not any more! Push button planning for me, and I love it.

If you are one of the many who think they can’t lose weight, it’s time you got hold of a system that works for you. A step by step system that a child can follow will finally help you lose weight.

Can’t lose weight? Welcome to the western worlds most popular club.People who think they can’t lose weight are usually wrong.All you need is a system to hold your hand every day and you will drop weight.

Two simple rules to losing weight are exercise more while eating less.Those words are meaningless as they don’t go into enough detail.We need a system, something we can follow to the letter every day.

Following your own plan with simple step by step rules every day will be much easier with a system.You follow the rules correctly, you then know you are doing things right.If we have to decide for ourselves whether we’ve eaten too much or not exercised we often get it way wrong.

Left to our own devices we all usually end up at the same place we started. Overweight and depressed about it.With a system that works we can be sure we are doing things right.We can simply check off our daily list of tasks and know we are following correctly.

If we can follow a system every day we know we will get the weight loss that we desire.Actually following the rules every day is the hardest part.We can give ourselves a helping hand though by recognising some of the reasons we might fail.

Knowledge is everything in this world. Having knowledge of something puts you in a far better position to deal with things.Weight loss is no different. If you can’t lose weight then you may simply be lacking the correct knowledge.Here are a handful of reasons that may be why you can’t lose weight; you may be surprised at some.

Portion sizes.Do you really need that much food? I can tell you that studies have shown that three quarters of us give ourselves portions that are far too large. We rarely need as much as we put on our plates. Try it for a while, reduce your portions a bit. See if you are still hungry. You may be surprised. When you start to see results you will automatically be preparing smaller portions so this one should take care of its self later on.

Depression. I know this one only too well. I suffered a bad motorcycle accident leaving me unable to work and the dreaded depression set in. It’s a nightmare scenario of a downward spiral that will easily cause you to even give up trying to lose weight. But I know it can be overcome.

On your own. If you are trying to lose weight without any help or support it can be an impossible task. If you haven’t got a friend you can talk to or exercise with try joining some online forums. You’ll find lots of dieting buddies online and lots of encouragement.

Are you eating enough? An odd one but eating too little causes your body to go into starvation mode and actually store fat. Your body doesn’t know where its next meal is coming from so hoards the food it does get. Then any normal meals you eat are also stored as your body is now confused.

Any or all of these reasons could be the reason you can’t lose weight.Get yourself a system with step by step rules you can follow every day.You increase your chances of getting to where you want to be with a step by step system.

Is it even worth reviewing the numerous diet systems out there? I think so yes.A lot of systems (the majority in fact) won’t even educate you enough to know what’s good or bad for you. They simply say “do this…lose weight”. These diets are ones to avoid.

If you follow the system to the letter then there are some good systems out there, systems that will work for you.The hard part is clearly following them every day. I know this from experience.Give yourself the best possible start and read my reviews of what worked for me.

Those Who Think They Can’t Lose Weight, Time For A Rethink

Can’t lose weight? Or think you can’t lose weight, then maybe you need to re-evaluate your thinking on this. Everyone should be able to lose weight. It’s not impossible.

I once believed the same, that I can’t lose weight, and probably never will. I was totally wrong on that point.

I went for years just yo-yoing up and down with my weight. Mostly up but some downs. I was all of a sudden diagnosed with diabetes.

I wondered if my being fat was the cause but I think I’ll never know the reason. I’ll tell you though it really scared me.

Only twenty seven and lumped with a life long illness. Just how did I get this ‘old age’ persons disease?

Time to do something about my weight properly this time. No half hearted attempts to lose a few pounds. I had to change my way of thinking on this one.

Like most “fatties” I tried all sorts of diets and gizmos. Some of the stuff was sickeningly expensive and turned out to be next to useless. I shudder at how much money I’ve thrown away.

I discovered a step by step system that really suited me. It allows me to make all my meal plans ahead of time without having to cut back on portion size.

I use a computer diet generator that does away with any hassle I might have in planning proper meals. I used to really get aggravated working out what I can & can’t have.

I was a sucker for eating any leftovers my kids didn’t eat. I actually thought that it was wasteful to throw it in the garbage. Now I have a totally different mindset and we rarely cook more than we can eat.

If you are like I used to be and still think you can’t lose weight then you need a fresh outlook on things. You can, and will lose weight if you start right now believing you can.

You won’t regret making the decision. You’ll look back in years to come and realise how silly a notion it is to think you can’t lose weight.

I like thing to be neat and tidy and that includes my weight loss system. I have daily tasks that I can tick off once they are done. This way I know I’m on the right track to maintaining my weight.
